Pre-Orders:

  • Some items may be available for pre-order and will be clearly marked.

  • Pre-order purchases are charged immediately, and estimated shipping dates are provided on the product page.

  • We will confirm the shipping ETA within 48 hours of purchase.

  • Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time before dispatch by contacting us directly.

3. Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Prices and availability may change without notice.

  • We make every effort to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate, but minor variations may occur.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped from our studio in Newbury, West Berkshire.

  • Standard UK delivery typically takes 3–5 working days.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accurate.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, and return requests must be made within 7 days.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition.

  • Sale items or custom pieces may have separate return policies, which will be noted on the product page.

  • For exchanges, availability of alternative items is subject to stock.

6. Subscription Boxes

  • Quarterly seasonal subscription boxes are billed every three months.

  • You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date.

  • Subscription boxes may be purchased as gifts, either one-off or recurring.
